James T. Roth, M.D.

Dr. James T. Roth is an obstetrician and gynecologist with specialized training in female bladder and vaginal reconstruction, minimally invasive bladder incontinence surgery and laparoscopy for infertility and pelvic pain.  He graduated with his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine.  Upon graduation, he completed an OB/GYN residency at Duke University Medical Center.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, reading and spending time with his family.

ENT Specialists

Justin D. Gull, M.D.

Dr. Justin D. Gull is a certified physician with special interests in vocal disorders, pediatric ear, nose and throat care, sinus and nasal surgery and diagnosing and treating environmental allergies.  He graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his Otolaryngology residency at the University of Connecticut.

In his spare time, he enjoys winter sports, running biking and reading quietly.

David K. Palmer, M.D. F.A.C.S.

Dr. David K. Palmer is a board-certified otolaryngologist.  He has special training in allergies, tumors, snoring and sleeping disorders and facial trauma.  He graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed his ENT residency at Penn State University. 

In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano, listening to his wife play the violin and spending time with his family.

Orthopedic Specialist

David E. Curtis, M.D.

Dr. David E. Curtis is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon.  He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his surgical internship at the University of California in San Diego and a orthopedic surgical residency at the University of California Davis in Sacramento.
